Use of Services
Simply Play Kids offers indoor play areas, attractions, and services for children and families. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for families and supervised children under 13 years old. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their children’s activity.
Reservations & Payment
Advance reservations or ticketing may be required for entry and activities. Valid payment must be made at the time of booking. Simply Play Kids reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except with trusted service providers who assist with operations (e.g. payment processing). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Simply Play Kids’ legal rights.
Rules & Conduct
All guests must abide by posted safety rules, Code of Conduct, and staff instructions while on premises. Simply Play Kids has no liability for injuries resulting from failure to comply with rules.
Restricted Activities
Dangerous items/weapons, outside food/drink (except for certain medical needs), smoking/vaping, verbal threats, and damaging property are strictly prohibited.
Liability Waiver
A liability waiver and assumption of risk must be signed by all participating guests or their parents/legal guardians prior to using play areas and attractions.
Photo/Video Release
By entering Simply Play Kids, you grant permission to have your or your child’s image used in promotional materials unless you opt-out in writing.
Lost/Damaged Property
Simply Play Kids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Found items are stored for a limited period before disposal.
Limitation of Liability
Simply Play Kids is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use its services, play areas, or website.
Termination of Access
Simply Play Kids reserves the right to deny entry, terminate access, or removal from the premises to any person who violates these Terms and posted rules.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on our website. Using our services after any changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
